Mr. Violin sheds light on curious facts about Brazil – but he also touches on issues that somehow connect Brazilians to world topics, making his audioblog an invaluable link between South America’s powerhouse and the rest of the globe.
Thank you!
The feedback below is from The Talking Violin followers, whom I deeply respect and humbly thank for the kind words of encouragement.

Hey there, I found you through BEA’s blog. I decided to click and check out your blog because the title peaked my interest. Na verdade, eu falo Português e fiquei bem feliz de ver que vc é Brasileiro. Sou Canadense, mas moro em Brazil desde 2002. É um prazer conhecer seu blog.
Thank you so much for your comment! My brother-in-law is Canadian, too (loves hockey). It would be great if you became a regular contributor to my blog, so I really hope to keep getting feedback from you.

Hello Talking Violin….thank you for your like on my Izabel Goulart blog…I’m still getting lots of referalls from your site; you were so kind to mention it….xx
You’re welcome, and I hope you keep getting them. You are a very nice fellow blogger, and I look forward to getting more and more feedback from you. See you, Mr. Violin.
Wow, I cannot thank you enough for your exceedingly generous comment. Poets are special people, and you’re not an exception. I truly hope your feedback keeps coming to my blog.
Hi Emma, your kindness is always welcome, but I’m the one who should be thanking you. I can only hope you keep being part of The Talking Violin. Thank you so much!
Hi! Thank you for dropping by – I hope you’ve enjoyed it. I am definitely going to take a closer look at your blog (err…, or should I say listen carefully), though maybe not at the moment (it’s 2 a.m. in Poland :)). So, until next time! 🙂
I sure have, and I really hope you take the time to listen to my pieces of audio. You seem to have a great sense of humor, which is always a precious quality. I look forward to getting more feedback from you. Sleep tight, Mr. Violin.
Hi, there! I saw you found my other (well, primary to be precise) blog. I’m afraid Polish language is not user-friendly at all ;). But I have finally managed to sort things out with WordPress accounts, so this time the profile link leads where it should (i.e. to http://rabbitstrikesback.wordpress.com).
Absolutely love your work and your audio presentation! That is something I’ve longed to do, especially since I’m unable to attend outside poetry readings. I love poetry accompanied by music, too – but your wonderful voice and inflections ARE the music of your poetry! Thanks for liking my Halloween poem, will visit you again!
Your blog is innovative and educational, and I appreciate being led here by your likes on my blog. As an educator, may I encourage you to keep going? Perhaps look for other blogs or Twitter accounts that directly deal with EFL and get in touch with them. Well done!
Hi Maggie, thank you so much for your exceedingly generous comment. Since this is a new venture and has no specific goal yet, your words of encouragement, knowledge and experience go a long way toward helping someone who is navigating uncharted waters choose the right path, so I would kindly ask you to keep sharing your qualified feedback with me. See you, Mr. Violin.

A very nice and unique concept of a blog. Such a wonderful voice for a story-teller. and thank you for following my blog. I hope you live some keyboard-prints. 🙂
That would be great to hear. 🙂 I tried many times of voice recording some monologues, but i get frustrated every time and ended up deleting. Glad you’re sharing that gift of yours.
Hi – Your blog is great just adding a bit of voice to the stories is wonderful and helps to reach another group of people who might find reading (English?) a bit difficult. Thanks (<:) too for dropping by my blog.
Hi there, I hope you not only learn about Brazil, but also someday come visit. In the meantime, keep coming by my blog. I look forward to your comments. Thanks!
hey thanks for checking out my blog.It made it possible for me to discover you.
i really enjoyed the work, and i can relate to the fact that you too don’t have an aim.

There is quite a Brazilian community here in the San Francisco bay area. Quite a party during the world cup. And I’ve come to love the Brazilian black Bean soup, too — Feijoada?
It’s not really a soup. Feijoada is more like a stew prepared with black beans, pork trimmings, bacon, smoked pork ribs, smoked sausage and jerked beef. It is most commonly served with sliced oranges and rice. I’m happy you love it, though. Here in Brazil, people are crazy about soccer and feijoada. Thank you very much for commenting on my blog, and I hope you keep coming back.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and the like! I’m a very new blogger so it’s always amazing when someone likes it. Congrats on your blog; it’s very interesting and original. Good job 🙂
